1.exciting adj.令人兴奋的，令人激动的
not that excitig 没那么激动人心
A:I'm really exhausted, but I don't want to miss that documentary that comes on at eleven.
A:我真累了，但我还想看11点上演的那部纪录片。
B:If I were you, I'd skip it. We both have to get up early tomorrow and anyway, I've heard it's not that exciting.
B:如果我是你的话，我就不看了。不管怎么说，明天早上我们都得早起。我也听说了那纪录片没那么好玩。

2.fly v.飞,空运
fly by（时间）飞逝
例句：Didn't the summer just fly by! 夏天过得真快呀！

3.great adj. 极大的，伟大的
a great deal 很不错的买卖，很划算的买卖（另外的表达法也应一并掌握，如：a great buy．a good buy．it is a bargain 等都表达东西买得很好）
例句：I thought this shirt was a great deal but I washed it once and it's shrunk so much that I can't wear it.
我以为这件衬衫买得很不错，但我洗了一次，它缩水缩得很厉害，我已经没法穿了。
