　　As the wake up bell rang at 5:30, I opened my hazy eyes and remembered that I was going to the park for morning exercise today. I immediately woke up. My brother and sister immediately got up, washed and dressed, grabbed the basketball and jump rope, and set off for the park.

　　The morning weather is still very cool, and the sun hasn't come out yet. I think it's probably still sleeping at home! When we arrived at the park, we were not the first to come. Many people were already exercising, some were running, some were playing football, some were skipping rope... We also ran around the track. At first, we were all full of energy and ran very fast.
