一、教学目标

知识目标

能够听懂、会读、会说对话中出现的单词:watch TVread booksweekendcomewithOK 能够听懂、会读、会说对话中出现的重点句子:I like football. And I watch TV. She goes swimming. She watches TV and she reads books.

能够理解对话内容,完成与对话内容相关的练习。 技能目标

能够在正确朗读语篇、获取语篇信息、回答语篇相关问题的基础上,运用相关句型来陈述某人周末经常做的事情。

了解第三人称单数动词形式的变化,让学生明确如何运用不同的人称来描述某人经常做的活动。 增加已学知识的复现率,培养学生对重点单词和句子的认读能力,并能综合运用新、旧知识组织对话完成一定的交际任务。 情感目标

通过谈论周末活动,把语言融入情境中,让学生通过体验,参与活动,增强学生对英语的学习兴趣。

培养学生热爱生活的品质,合理安排自己的时间和周末的活动,学会劳逸结合。

二、教学重点

能够听懂、会读、会说并且运用句型:I like football. And I watch TV.

She goes swimming. She watches TV and she reads books.来谈论自己以及他人的周末活动。

三、教学难点

单词 goeswatchesreads的发音。

在一般现在时中,如果遇到第三人称单数,后面的动词词尾要加“s”,或者要加“es”。学生能够正确理解这一知识点并能灵活运用。

四、教具与学具准备

多媒体课件、CD-ROM、单词卡、课堂男女生竞赛用的动词卡片、句子卡片等。


五、教学过程

Step 1 Warming up 利用TPR活动,听听做做 T: I say and you do the action.

教师依次说出play football, play basketball, play ping-pong, go swimming, sing a song, dance, watch TV, read books这几个词组,学生每听到一个词组,就快速反应,迅速做出相应的动作。 2. 男女生对抗,竞争中收获

T: Now, I divide you into two groups. Girls are group A. Boys are group B. If you do well, I will give you a word-card. Let’s have a competition. Step 2 Presentation and practice

1. T: Children, I watch TV at the weekend.

T教读weekendat the weekend(通过男生女生读,开火车读,分组读,“小老师”教读等方式来教授weekendat the weekend)

T: I watch TV at the weekend. What about you? S: I…at the weekend.

E.g. S1: I play football at the weekend. S2: I watch TV at the weekend.

2. 教师用课件引出主人公SamLingling

T: Children, your weekend sounds very good. How about Sam and Lingling? They also have a very good weekend. What do they do at the weekend? 学生听完录音之后,反馈正确答案。

3. Pair work(同位两个一人读一句,来练习这两组句子。 E.g. S1: She goes swimming.

S2: She watches TV and she reads books. Step 4 Summary

T: Time’s up! Children, you all did a very good job. Let’s see the result.

请全班学生看一看男女生比赛每个组所得到的单词卡片数量,表扬获胜的小组,然后再进行总结。 T: Children, look at the blackboard. Let’s see the result. Boys, How many cards have you got? Let’s count…

T: Today’s winner is … Congratulations! Let’s read all the phrases together. Ss:

请学生对比着读一读这两栏的单词,Eg. play footballplays football, watch TVwatches TV,请同学们自己思考找出不同,教师进行总结。 T: Children, can you find some differences?

S:女生这一栏的单词都没有加s,而男生这一栏的单词都加了s或者是es T: Why S:…

请学生自己先观察,然后在教师的引导下进行总结,教师告诉学生:当我们想要表达某人通常要做某事的时候,如果遇到第三人称单数,he/she/it/SamAmy等一些人名的时候),后面的动词都要s或者是es

T: Now boys and girls,think your English is perfect. You can read this text very fast. You can answer my questions very well. Your pair work and group work are so fantastic. So I’m very proud of your performance. Now let’s look what we have learned today.

We mainly talked about Sam and Amy’s weekend activities. Look, Sam says… Ss: I like football. And I watch TV. T: How about Amy?

Ss: She goes swimming. She watches TV and she reads books.

六、 作业

1. 听对话录音五遍,并跟读。

2. What does your family do at the weekend? Talk about your weekend with your partner. For example, At the weekend, I play football. Mum reads books. Dad watches TV.
