试析马克斯韦伯关于官僚制与民主化的看法 王小林 【期刊名称】《沧州师范学院学报》 【年(卷),期】2012(028)002 【摘 要】官僚制理论的创造者马克斯.韦伯认为,官僚制作为工业社会乃至更为长期的人类社会的一种组织模式具有不可逆转的历史趋势。官僚制的悖论也因此而产生,其作为一种理性的组织制度,对于工业社会的进步、组织效率的提高都有着重要作用;同时,官僚制重要性的提升必然伴随着官僚权力的扩张,这对于民主将会产生极大的损害。现简要分析马克斯.韦伯官僚制的价值取向,以及马克斯.韦伯对于民主化的危机所产生的看法,以引起对我国政治体制改革的思考。%According to the writer of the theory of bureaucracy--- Marks.Web（M.Web）, bureaucracy, as an organizational pattern is an irreversible historical trend in the industrial society even in a long period of human society. The paradox of bureaucratic system has thus come into being. As a rational organization, it plays an important role in the industrial society＇s progress and improvement of organizational efficieney. At the same time, the increased importance of the bureaucracy inevitably accompanies the expansion of bureaucratic power, which will exert great damage to democracy.
