Unit 4 At the farm B Read and write Let’s check C Story time 一、教学目标 1、能完成read and write部分的阅读和写作任务,复习关于农场的词汇和句型 2、能听懂let’s check部分的录音并完成选择和连线。 3、能听懂story time部分的趣味故事。 4、培养学生学习英语的综合能力,保持学生高昂的学习兴趣和积极合作,交流的精神。 二、教学重难点 1、Read and write部分四会句子的书写。 2、能听懂story time部分的趣味故事。 三、教学过程 (一)Warm up/Revision 1、Let’s sing:Mary has a little lamb 2、Talk about my QQ farm.(学生两人一组,看着课件上的QQ农场,进行自由问答) 3、师生拍手说唱A Let’s chant. (二)Presentation 1、Read and write (1)课件出示农场上的菜园,T:Hello,boys and girls.This is the vegetable garden.带读:vegetable garden.教学单词garden.接着问:What can you see in the vegetable garden?(请学生指着菜园说说),然后引出These are carrots and potatoes. Those are tomatoes and green beans over there.(反复教读) (2)课件出现两只可爱的绵羊,T: What are these?Are they sheep?Ss:Yes,they are.接着出现几只羔羊,问学生:Are those sheep?引导学生答:No,they are goats.教学单词goat (反复带读)。 (3)T:Sheep love to eat grass.Do you know?What do the goats love to eat?课件同时出现一些胡萝卜,引导学生说:They love to eat carrots!(反复带读) (4)指名朗读“Read and write”. (5)播放Read and tick的录音,学生听并完成“Can you see these on Mr MacDonald's farm?” (6)指导学生完成Look and write,请学生仔细看图并在四线格上正确书写:These are cows. Those are sheep.教师范写。 (7)注意区别These和those,强调英语句子的书写规范。 2、Let's check (1)播放Let's check的录音,学生听音打勾。 (2)师生共同完成,最后一起核对答案。 3、Story time (1)播放此部分的视频,让学生观看几遍,初步感知故事内容。 (2)让学生指出自己不理解的单词和句子,如:turkeys,vegetables,mutton.解释:Turkeys:They looks like hens ,but they are bigger than hens. Mutton:Meat from goats or sheep. (3)强调几个重点句子:I love vegetables. Good idea! Let’s have some drink. (4)播放此视频,让学生逐句跟读。 (5)分角色表演Story time的内容。 (三)课堂练习 (1)句型转换 ①They are sheep.(变成单数句)_________________________ ②Are they orange carrots ? (作肯定和否定回答)_______________ ③These are big cows.
