　　教学内容：

　　PEP第四册第四单元B部分Let’s learn Let’s do.

　　教学目标：

　　A组学生：能认读rainy、snowy、windy、sunny、cloudy五个单词，并会说it’s rainy in London.基本听懂Let’s do.

　　B组学生：能认读5个单词并能用It’s cool in Beijing.表述天气。能听懂并表述Let’s do.

　　C组学生：能自由运用本课单词、句型描述天气、并掌握教师补充的城市Paris New York Tokyo和天气foggy;能边说边表演Let’s do.

　　教学过程：

　　一、组织教学

　　1、热身let’s chant

　　2、复习检查：

　　A组学生：课文抽读

　　B组学生：造句

　　C组学生：天气预报

　　二、新授知识

　　1、学习5个新单词：在个别读时以A组同学操练为主并及时纠正读音。

　　2、单词游戏：找以A组同学为主

　　3、用新单词结合中国地图描述城市天气：

　　C组同学自主描述，B组同学模仿为主，A组同学能复述别人的句子为主。

　　4、出示世界地图：学说世界主要城市的名称并能描述天气。

　　A组学生：人人会说it’s rainy in London.

　　B组学生：能说出课本上的城市天气。

　　C组学生：能进行世界天气预报。

　　三、Let’s do

　　1、听录音，理解。

　　2、逐句解释：A、B组同学提问，C组同学解答。

　　3、听录音做动作。

　　四、布置回家作业

　　A组学生：收看天气预报记录1-2个城市的天气。

　　B组学生：能记录3-4个城市的天气。

　　C组学生：记录5个以上的城市天气。设计理念：分层教学的课堂采用“分层互动”的教学模式。这是一种课堂教学的策略。采取“大班导学，小组议学，个别辅导”相结合的方针。改革课堂结构，既有“面向全体”的“合”(讲授新课时合为主)又有兼顾优、差生的“分”(操练运用时分为主)课堂提问让各层学生有均等机会，作业分层设计、量力而行。辅导以多形式、多层次，对差生个别辅导。

　　做到对C层学生少讲多练，让他们独立学习，注重培养其综合运用语言的能力，提高英语书写的能力;对B层学生，则实行精讲精练，重视双基教学，注重课本上内容的掌握，着重在掌握基础知识和训练基本技能上下功夫;对A层学生则要求低，坡度小，放低起点，浅讲多练，查漏补缺，掌握必要的基础知识和基本技能。课时进度以A、B两层学生的水平为标准，上课以B、C两层的要求为公共内容。课堂提问要注重层次性，具有启发性，及时点拨，充分发挥学生的非智力因素作用，让学生感受到只要努力了，都能享受到成功的快乐。课堂教学形式也要灵活多样，积极引发各层学生的学习动机，提高课堂教学的实际效果。课堂教学效率要提高，教师就要随时掌握各个层次学生的学习活动情况，及时帮助学生克服学习过程中的困难。应该注意的问题：

　　1、注意分层的实效性分层教学是为了更好地提高教学质量、促进全体学生发展的一种手段，不能为了分层而分层，更不能以为把学生分一分组，就是分层教学。分组只是分层教学的第一步，更重要的是在教学过程的各个环节都做到分层。在分层教学实施过程中要教师应根据学生学习情况的变化，及时调整分层教学，保证各个环节的'分层都能起到作用。

　　2、获取家长的认同分层对学生的心理冲击表现为“自卑”，对家长来说是“没了面子”。

　　可见，做好家长的工作尤为重要，在分层教学的之前一定要客观地宣传其有利的一面，同时提醒家长，消除顾虑。明确分层教学应以学生能否取得进步为判断得失的标准。在获得家长的支持、认同和转变观念后，创造有利于学生全面发展的大环境。

　　3、教师要不断提高自身教学水平分层教学对教师提出了新的要求，教师不能再“拿一个教案用到底”，而要精心地设计课堂教学活动，针对不同层次的学生选择恰当的方法和手段，了解学生的实际需求，关心他们的进步，改革课堂教学模式，充分调动学生的学习主动性，创造良好的课堂教学氛围，形成成功的激励机制，确保每一个学生都有所进步。
