(设计意图:学生在4A已学过动物类词汇,通过游戏的设计复习词汇,激发学生学习的积极性。) Step2 While-reading 1. Let’s talk T: Do you have a pet? I don’t have a pet, so I wrote a letter to the zoo.(出示信纸幻灯片,并演示sent) 呈现问题“What would they do ?“ Free talk(学生发表自己意见,用英语或汉语) 2 Presentation 1.Talk about the book cover, introduce the title and writor. T: Look at the cover carefully, what can you see?(2-3回答) 学生答出lion和box之后。 T:Why the lion in the red box?(引发猜想,展开故事) 出示第一页“I wrote to the zoo...”幻灯片。 T:They sent me so many boxes. 出示所有的箱子。 学生挑选箱子,教师点击幻灯片对应的箱子打开,呈现相应的动物和文本内容。 elephant 呈现图片 T:He was too big.(做出夸张的手势来表示big) 学生跟读录音,模仿动作。 T: So, I sent him back.(做出sent动作) 教授sent读音。 Giraffe 呈现图片,学生说出giraffe。 与elephant同样方式教授,重点教学生读会“I sent him back”。 Lion 呈现狮吼音效和图片,使学生感受到”fierce” T:He was too fierce. 利用tiger举例。 引出”I sent him back”.(抽2-3名同学模仿语音语调读) Camel 直接呈现“I sent him back”。 T:Why I sent him back? 引导学生调动自己学过的形容词来猜测,呈现”grumpy”。 操练“grumpy”。(章鱼哥、红太狼) Snake 实物呈现一个盒子,让学生去触摸猜测里面的动物。 用句型“Is it a ...?” 掏出仿真蛇,使学生吃惊,顺势呈现“Scary”. 引出句型“He was too scary, I sent him back” Monkey 模仿猴子动作解释“naughty”。 学生自己把句型说出来,并且做出相应动作。 Frog 呈现的有frog的幻灯片,演示青蛙弹跳,引出”jumpy”. 学生起立,师生共做jump的动作。 引导学生完整说出句型。 Puppy 最后呈现装“puppy”的箱子。 用四张图说明puppy的优点,引出“perfect”及手势。 T:He was perfect, I sent him back? 学生讨论,呈现绘本内容“I kept him”. 操练句型和动作。 Step3 Post-reading 1. Read the whole story 2. Read by yurselves. 3. 呈现绘本,fill in the blank.(填空操练) (设计意图:学生通过一系列的词汇学习后,需要及时巩固,设计填空操练,既巩固了故事的阅读理解,学生又得到了写的锻炼。) Step4 Consolidation and extention Listen and Sing the song---Dear zoo. 出示幻灯片,欣赏短片。 升华:Please take care of your pet! (设计意图:增强英语学习的趣味性。) Step5 Homework Retell the story. Say something about your pet ,draw and write it down.
