　　High-temperature subsidies
　　Twenty-eight provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions have made high-temperature subsidies standard this year, China Daily reported. Employees in northern regions such as Tianjin and Gansu are entitled to the subsidy from June to September, while those in Hainan province get the subsidy from April to October. In China, labor authorities are responsible for determining local subsidy standards.
　　据《中国日报》报道，全国已有28个省、直辖市和自治区制定了今年的高温补贴标准。天津、甘肃等北方地区的员工在6月到9月期间可获得高温补贴，而海南省的员工可在4月到10月期间获得该补贴。我国各地的人力资源社会保障部门负责为高温补贴制定标准。
　　马上学：高温补贴也可以用high temperature allowance来表示。根据有关规定，劳动者在温度35℃以上的户外露天作业，或者在温度33℃以上的而室内工作场所工作时，用人单位应当向劳动者发放高温津贴。
