　　When British Prime Minister David Cameron announced he would step down in the wake of Brexit, former London mayor Boris Johnson, a major figure campaigning for Brexit, appeared to be a likely substitute. But there has been a dramatic shift in power since then: Johnson withdrew from the leadership contest after losing support from his old friend Michael Gove, a Conservative politician and member of Parliament. Gove just launched his own bid for the top job.
